New Info Boss Solicits Staff Support To Gov Emmanuel Completion Agenda

The newly sworn in commissioner for information and strategy has charged the
management and staff of the ministry to remain unrelenting in projecting the good works of the present administration as the mandate of communicating the Completion Agenda of Gov Udom Emmanuel rests on them.

Mr Ini Ememobong stated this, Wednesday, during the change of baton between him and his predecessor in office, Sir Charles Udoh, in the conference room of Ministry of Information and strategy, Block 2, Idongesit Nkanga Secretariat
Complex, Uyo.

He commended the staff of the ministry for the commendable workdone so far and urged them to keep up the tempo, reiterating that the reward for good work was more work.

Ememobong applauded his predecessor now the commissioner for environment and petroleum resources, for his professionalism, assured that the legacies he left behind in the ministry would be maintained.

While promising to maintain the mutual respect which he and his predecessor have shared over the years, the state spokesperson stated hat as members of the State Exco,

of Gov Udom Emmanuel and
wished Udoh well in his new minis-
try.
Udoh urged the management and
staff of the ministry to uphold pro-
fessionalism at all times in the dis-
charge of their duties and continue
to render full cooperation and sup-
port to the newly appointed com-
missioner for information and strat-
egy, Ememobong.
Udoh, who spoke glowingly
about the attributes of the new in-
formation helmsman, described
Ememobong as a competent suc-
cessor and reflected on the cordial
working relationship they both en-ments as the state PDP publicity
secretary.
Briefing the new information boss
on the activities of the ministry,
Udoh applauded the permanent sec-
retary, Mr Inyang Jameson, direc-
tors and staff of the ministry for the
cordial working relationship and
support they gave to him and ap-
pealed that they extend same to his
successor, Ememobong.
He restated his commitment to
Emmanuel's Completion Agenda
and promised that the ingenuity, zeal
and determination with which he
carried out his duties as information
commissioner would be replicated
in his new ministry.
The permanent secretary, Minis-
try of Information and Strategy,
Jameson, welcomed the new com-
missioner to the ministry and as-
sured him of the loyalty and coop-
eration of the staff.
